Delivery Time Policy

SAMSON DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) – Company No. 17003239, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom – provides bespoke digital services: custom social media design packages, one-on-one strategy calls, and WordPress website design & development.

All services are digital and delivered electronically (files, templates, access credentials, recordings, notes, etc.). No physical products are supplied.

1. Nature of Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed deadlines unless explicitly stated as fixed in a written proposal or invoice that both parties have accepted.

Estimated delivery times (from the point we receive full/partial payment + all required client materials/approvals):

    • One-on-one strategy calls: Usually scheduled within 1–7 calendar days of booking/payment (subject to mutual availability).

    • Social media design packages: 3–14 calendar days depending on package size and complexity.

    • Starter WordPress website (from£600): Approximately 7–14 calendar days.

    • Business WordPress website (from£1500): Approximately 14–35 calendar days.

Typical delivery time: 5 – 10 business days depending on package.

 

These are target ranges based on typical projects. Actual delivery depends on:

    • Timeliness and completeness of materials/feedback provided by the Client

    • Number of revision rounds requested and time taken for approvals

    • Scope changes or additional requests after work has started

    • Public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen technical issues

2. Project Commencement
Work begins only after:

 

    • Full or agreed deposit payment has cleared

    • Client has provided all necessary access credentials, content, branding materials, and a clear brief

Any delay in receiving these items will extend the overall timeline accordingly.

3. Milestones & Communication
For website projects we normally provide milestone updates (e.g., wireframes, first draft, final review stage).
Clients are expected to provide feedback/approvals within a reasonable timeframe (normally 3–5 working days per milestone unless otherwise agreed). Delays in client responses automatically extend delivery estimates.

4. No Liability for Delays
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from delays in delivery, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not contractual deadlines unless separately agreed in writing as fixed and time-of-the-essence terms.

5. Extensions & Additional Fees
Significant scope changes, excessive revision rounds beyond what is included in the package, or prolonged delays in client feedback may require:

 

    • Timeline extension

    • Additional fees (quoted in advance)

6. Completion & Handover
A project is considered complete when:

 

    • Agreed deliverables have been provided (files, access, recordings, etc.)

    • Client has been given reasonable opportunity to review

    • Final payment (if staged) has been received

Once handed over, ongoing support is limited to the period stated in the package (e.g. 30 days for Starter, 3 months for Business).
