Refund Policy

Welcome to our Refund Policy. Please read this agreement carefully before using our website and services.

SAMSON DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) – Company No. 17003239, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom – provides bespoke digital services including custom social media design packages, one-on-one strategy calls, and WordPress website design/development.

Our services are custom-made to the Client’s specifications and are classified as personalised/bespoke digital content and services under UK law.

1. General Position – No Automatic Right to Cancel or Refund for Change of Mind Because our services are made to the Client’s individual requirements (bespoke), they fall within the exemption in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)).

The 14-day cooling-off / cancellation period does not apply. Once you confirm the project brief, provide materials, or we commence work (whichever occurs first), you waive any statutory right to cancel the contract solely due to a change of mind. All sales of our digital services are final in this respect.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered (Limited & Discretionary) We may, entirely at our discretion and subject to the stage of work, consider a partial or (very exceptionally) full refund only in the following limited situations:

  • Before any work commences (no brief received, no materials supplied, no design concepts started) – possible full refund less any transaction fees.
  • Within 48 hours of initial payment and before we begin substantive work (e.g. moodboarding, wireframing, first drafts) – possible full or near-full refund at our discretion.
  • Material breach by us that we cannot reasonably remedy within a reasonable time – pro-rated refund for undelivered work only.

Due to the digital nature of our services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project has not started, cancellation may be requested within 24 hours.

Any refund is strictly discretionary and never automatic. Once any deliverable (concept, draft, file, call recording/notes, website access) has been provided or substantial work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

3. Completed or Partially Completed Work Digital deliverables (design files, Canva templates, source files, website builds, strategy documents, recordings) are non-returnable and cannot be “undone” or re-provided identically. Once delivered or access granted, the service is deemed fully or partially performed and the fee is earned.

4. How to Request a Refund (if eligible under section 2) Send a written request to samson.webdesign@outlook.com including:

  • Order/invoice number
  • Date of payment
  • Detailed reason

We will respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes Filing a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or payment provider without first contacting us and allowing us reasonable time to respond may be considered an abuse of the chargeback process. In such cases we reserve the right to defend the transaction fully, suspend any ongoing work, and pursue recovery of costs.

6. Statutory Rights Unaffected Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if the service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill (Consumer Rights Act 2015). In such rare cases you may be entitled to a price reduction or repeat performance (not necessarily a full cash refund).
